In plain English

While we strive to provide up to scale and accurate floorplans, we can not show the level of detail present on a builder's floorplan. For example, we do not try to draw every closet and may skip the ones where the back wall cannot be surveyed reliably (e.g. from another room). What you can expect is that all rooms' proportions are up to scale. However, every now and then mistakes do happen and a wall may have walked a bit. As a rough idea of accuracy, but not a guarantee, you can expect typical errors to be on the order of 2cm per 1 meter (1 inch per 4 feet). For example, a length measurement of 10m may have up to 20cm error.
